We are pleased to inform you that Ark Outsourcing K.K. has established a wholly owned subsidiary, ARK (HK) Partners Limited, in Hong Kong, and started operations in November 25, 2016.

 The Hong Kong office, where an ARK Outsourcing partner, Keisuke Takahashi has been appointed as a representative director, will offer Japanese companies business support from the start of overseas expansion such as market research and advancement schemes to the actual business operations including outsourcing services for tax and accounting in Hong Kong and China. The new office will also provide one-stop service including reporting, consolidated package and consolidated accounting for Japanese parent companies.

In addition to these services, we will provide companies and individual investors in Hong Kong and China with a wide range of services such as consulting and management services for expanding to Japan and support for purchasing real estate in Japan.
